Return & Refund Policy – Mavin Perfumery
At Mavin Perfumery, every fragrance is carefully crafted and quality-checked before dispatch. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict no return and no refund policy.
No Returns / No Refunds
We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and delivered.
This policy is in place due to:
- Hygiene and safety concerns
- Risk of product tampering after delivery
- The personal nature of fragrance preferences
Exceptions (Damaged or Incorrect Items)
We will only provide a replacement under the following conditions:
- You receive a damaged product, or
- You receive the wrong item
To be eligible:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide a clear unboxing video (starting from sealed package)
- Share photos of the issue
If approved, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Non-Eligible Cases
We do not offer replacements, returns, or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Dislike of fragrance
- Minor packaging variations
- Delayed deliveries caused by courier partners
Order Cancellation
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped
- Cancellation requests before dispatch may be accepted at our discretion
