Return & Refund Policy – Mavin Perfumery

At Mavin Perfumery, every fragrance is carefully crafted and quality-checked before dispatch. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict no return and no refund policy.

No Returns / No Refunds

We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and delivered.

This policy is in place due to:

  • Hygiene and safety concerns
  • Risk of product tampering after delivery
  • The personal nature of fragrance preferences

Exceptions (Damaged or Incorrect Items)

We will only provide a replacement under the following conditions:

  • You receive a damaged product, or
  • You receive the wrong item

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide a clear unboxing video (starting from sealed package)
  • Share photos of the issue

If approved, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Non-Eligible Cases

We do not offer replacements, returns, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Dislike of fragrance
  • Minor packaging variations
  • Delayed deliveries caused by courier partners

Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped
  • Cancellation requests before dispatch may be accepted at our discretion
